- Listing data: vehicle information and photos you upload.
- Enquiry data: name, email, and messages you send to sellers.
- Usage data: anonymised analytics (Plausible — no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
How we use it
- To operate the marketplace and forward enquiries to sellers.
- To send transactional emails (enquiry notifications, account verification).
- We do not sell data to third parties.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email hello@byspec.co.uk to exercise these rights. We'll respond within 30 days.
Contact details
Seller email addresses are never displayed publicly. They are only used to forward buyer enquiries.
Data retention
Active listings are retained while status is active or sold. Removed listings are soft-deleted and purged after 90 days. Account data is retained until deletion is requested.
Hosting
Data is stored on Supabase (EU region) and hosted on Vercel (edge CDN). Both comply with GDPR.
